By using this website (Ariadys AI's marketing pages and the No-Show Leak Calculator), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

This site describes Ariadys AI's automated no-show win-back service for medical-aesthetics and beauty-services businesses, and provides a free calculator (no-show cost) for informational estimation purposes only.

3. The calculator is an estimate, not a guarantee

The No-Show Leak Calculator produces illustrative estimates based on figures you enter and general industry research. It is not a quote, a guarantee of any recovery rate or dollar amount, and not a substitute for the specific terms (or lack of a guarantee) stated in a signed client agreement. Nothing you enter is sent, stored, or logged; see Privacy Policy §2.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice. Any figures, compliance references, or industry statistics referenced on the site are for general informational purposes and should not be relied on without independent verification for your specific situation.

5. Site availability

The site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including uninterrupted availability. Ariadys may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

6. No unsupported claims made here

Nothing on this site represents Ariadys as HIPAA-certified, SOC 2-certified, or otherwise independently security-audited unless a specific claim is separately substantiated. If you see such a claim on a live page, it shouldn't be there. Please report it.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, design, the calculator's code) is Ariadys's property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariadys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including reliance on the calculator's estimate. This section governs the website only. A signed client agreement's own limitation-of-liability clause governs the paid service relationship separately.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you non-waivable local consumer-protection rights, this section does not remove those rights. It applies only to the extent the law of your jurisdiction allows.
